Returns & refunds

Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the product, without giving any reason, as provided by EU consumer law.

How to return a product
1. Email us at info@cassettino.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product back within 14 days of your email. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with all parts included.

Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the product is paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

Refunds
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or you have sent us proof that you shipped it. The refund goes to the original payment method, at no extra cost for you. If you chose Priority shipping, the extra cost above standard (free) shipping is not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us at info@cassettino.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not pay any return cost. This does not affect your legal 2-year guarantee of conformity under EU law.
