Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Ireland.

Shipping options and delivery times
- Free tracked shipping (on every order): your order is prepared in 1–3 business days, then delivered in about 8–18 days. Total: 10–20 business days.
- Priority tracked shipping (€7.95): faster line, delivered in about 5–9 business days in total.
Delivery times are estimates from our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where we ship from
Our products are shipped from our partner fulfilment warehouse in China directly to your door. That's why delivery takes longer than in a local shop.

Taxes and duties
Import duties and import fees are handled by us before your parcel arrives: you will not pay anything extra at delivery.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Parcel lost or late
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of your order, email us at info@cassettino.com and we will resend it or refund you.
