2. What we sell
Practical physical products for the home, sold online to consumers in the Netherlands and Ireland.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro on each product page. The price at checkout is the final price, including shipping. Payment is taken at checkout by card, PayPal or the other methods shown. Discounts (such as a launch offer) apply only during the period shown on the website.

4. Order and contract
Your order is a purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. If a product is not available, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping options are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. How it works is described in our Returns & refunds policy.

7. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law. If a product is faulty, contact us at info@cassettino.com.

8. Use of the products
Use the products as described on the product page. Adhesive products work only on smooth, clean surfaces; follow the installation instructions.

9. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at info@cassettino.com and we will try to solve the problem quickly. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence always apply.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
